SillyBrandz Global, LLC takes pride in offering the highest quality product, fastest turnaround and friendliest customer service. If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from us, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team at any time. You may return most stock items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to item availability.
All returns or exchanges must be approved by SillyBrandz Global, LLC. in the form of a return authorization number prior to the return or exchange being processed. In order to obtain a Return Authorization number, call our customer service line: 1.800.921.8661 (USA Only) or 419.693.5302 (Mon-Fri, 10am and 6pm EST). Please have your order number ready.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Credit card accounts will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all Pre-Approved wholesale returns. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Sillybandz sold at wholesale prices (please notify us at the time of receipt of any damages or errors),
- Any Custom Product including (but not limited to) SillyBandz, Printed, Debossed or Embossed silicone bracelets, thumbrings, rubber wristbands, and poly bags.
- Any product that has been altered.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged.
- In Stock items in which are sold at cost, on a special price or seasonal items.
